Structural Description

The foundation for the project includes rammed aggregate piers for soil improvement and a cast in place flat plate slab with stud rails at the ground level. The structure was designed using post-tensioned elevated slabs, cast in place concrete walls, and a post-tensioned elevated slab for the roof.
