Architectural Design

Located in the heart of Butchertown in Louisville, Kentucky, Main & Clay is a mixed use project offering 262 luxury apartment units, ground level retail, and 380 parking spaces. The building also contains ample amenities including a clubhouse with gameroom, a luxury pool, two outdoor kitchens, a fire pit, a fitness center, a dog park, and pet spa, to name a few.

Structural Description

Supported on geopiers for soil improvement, this project include a cast in place slab on grade and cast in place elevated slabs. The parking levels and ground level are also created with concrete. The apartment units include prefabricated wood floor and roof trusses and Type 3A wood-framed walls for fire rating.
